I don’t even know the team’s name, as everyone always says “I’m going to a soccer game.”
When you say “Soccer Game” to a San Franciscan, he or she will instantly imagine a small city park with a group of 5 to 7 year olds running around in it, and maybe there’s a ball and two goals. Not this “Professional” stuff you guys have.
For real…or we’re like “Oh, you’re traveling to South America for this?” or we think by you saying “I’m going to a soccer game” you mean that you’re actually going to a friends house to watch Futbol Mexicano/ European Football on ESPN.
